The main or primary function of carbohydrates in the body is to store energy. Carbohydrates are structured of a sugar compound glucose and sugar is meant to store energy for the body. We don’t go too many details about science here but just go straight to the point on how carbohydrates function in our body.

When we eat any foods we eat carbohydrates (all foods contained carbohydrates). Eating too much of carbohydrates can get fat easy and when we get fat we all know that other sickness such like high blood pressure, diabetes and many more will happened to our body. So we don’t want that to happen to us right? Eating less carbohydrate is not the right way to maintain healthy body either. If we don’t have enough energy for our body, then we can’t do anything because we too weak. So, the right way to maintain healthy body is to eat right amount of carbohydrates. But how can we know we are eating the right amount of carbohydrates every single day?

To be honest you don’t need to measure the right amount of carbohydrates for your body but you must know which foods you should eat to balance carbohydrates level in the body. A lot of people said having too much carbohydrate would make you fat but that is not the right answer. What I found out is eating carbohydrates from the natural foods from plants and animal meats such like fruits and vegetables, beef chicken, and pork will never get you fat but also give you the most strong and healthy body you ever have. So don’t eat too many processing foods because processing foods only keep the bad carbohydrates in the body never digest and become the fat of our body. That is the main reason people get fat.

To conclude this I want you to understand that the function of carbohydrates in the body is only for energy storage nothing more. But how you eat the foods is the main function of carbohydrates in the body. The secret to keep carbohydrates regular in the body is don’t eat too full. You can eat whatever you want but don’t eat too full and eat too much sodium foods.
