How Many Carbohydrates Per Day


Everyone is different and no one besides you knows better how many carbohydrates you need per day. If you an active person then you can have more than 100 to 250 grams of carbohydrates per day. If you not an active person then you should have no more than 170 grams of carbs per day. If you in a special diet such like weight loss or for diabetes then you should only have 50 to 80 grams of carbs per day. Those are just a brief estimate for every common people and not an actual amount for each an individual should need per day. If you need to know exactly how many carbohydrates per day then you must know your own situation, either you want to lose weight or you want to be healthier.

The truth is we human do not need to know how many carbohydrates should eat per day to determine our health and fitness. Base on scientific research we do not even need to eat carbohydrates if we everyday eat the healthy foods from plants and animals. Everyone is different that is why we are have different eating full level. That full level will automatic determine our carbohydrates level for our body if only we eat the healthy foods. If we eat more junk or bad foods then our eating full level cannot automatic calculate the carbs we should need in our body and our body will have excessive carbs, toxics, and bad chemicals. This is the reason why people are overweight and get sick.

It is good for every one of us to know our carbohydrates level per day so we can control our diet. If you are in a weight loss diet then I recommend you to eat less carbs every day about 20 – 70 grams a day but also control your eating habit, eat less junk foods or not eating them at all and eat more vegetable and fish. If you are diabetes then you should eat brown rice and follow the diets that your doctor recommended.

If you are normal you should not need to worry about how many carbohydrates per day but careful with your diets if you can keep from 150 – 250 than you be fine. Of course bigger people and active people eat more than regular people so if you in this category you don’t need to worry about overweight because your metabolize are faster than normal.
